About us

eSTEM Morocco (Environmental Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) is a Moroccan non-profit recognized by the United Nations Association USA, as a Global Citizen, for the role it plays in the UN SDG "Education for All". It ambitions to give more confidence and tools to young girls and women in Morocco in order to encourage them to develop a bright career in scientific and technological fields. Using mentoring and role modeling, it aims at changing how thousands of girls think about these man-dominated fields. Organization Values: • Learn through Experience • Know the value of time • Persevere despite failure Co-founders Three Moroccan ladies who were among the five representatives of Morocco in the TechWomen program 2013 edition. TechWomen is a five weeks exchange program by the US Department of State, launched by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2011.
